Diagnostic Assessment Reporting

This full diagnostic assessment was developed based on our years of insider experience working for the government on contracting strategy and requirements, project management, requirements analysis, Statement of Work development, proposal evaluation and winning contractor selection. We know exactly what the government is looking for and we can share that information with you. The diagnostic is meant to provide easy risk-free results for companies who currently spend thousands of dollars and hours chasing government contracts with little of no results to show for their time and effort. My Proposal Manager is based on proven results. We provide risk free guarantees to all our clients. We do not get paid unless you are awarded a contract.

The diagnostic assessment will be based on the following sections:

  1. Contact Information(Personal and Company)
  2. Industry(Services and Goods)
  3. Teams/Partnerships
  4. Financial/Legal/Security Clearance
  5. Past Experience (Government and Private Sector)
  6. Competitive Positioning, and Strategy

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Diagnostic Assessment contains 92 questions and takes between 15 – 30 minutes to complete. It can be accomplished in multiple sittings. The Legal, Regulatory and Financial Requirements are mandatory requirements of the government and as such, are not given a score in the assessment. You either satisfy these basic requirements or you do not, since your company must meet each of these requirements in order to do business with the government.
The additional five sections of the survey are given equal percentage in the overall score. Because the Diagnostic Assessment score evaluates a wide range of government requirements, it is unlikely that a single company would meet all possible prerequisites. The best-case scenario would be that your company would meet 80% of the possible requirements. Therefore the actual raw score of the assessment is divided over 90 to determine how your company compares to the best-case scenario. This tool is a software application that will tabulate the score automatically and produce your customized score and assessment report.
  • Every question and statement must be answered:
  • If you are sure a question does not apply to your company then answer with "Strongly Disagree" for that question
  • If the answer to a question is unknown, then answer "Do Not Know" for that question.
  • A notes field is provided for each question (with 200 characters) to allow you to jot down important points that will help you justify the answers you provide. This is not used in the calculation of the score, but is a useful way for you to keep track of the rationale for your answers.
  • Hyperlinks are provided throughout the assessment to provide more detailed information on the purpose of a section, detailed explanation of a question, definition of terms, and so on., Please review the information in the hyperlinks. If after you have reviewed the explanation, you still have a question, please click on the "I have a question" link, at the bottom of the page, type your question, and press the "Ask" button. A member of staff at My Proposal Manager will be happy to provide further clarification for your question.
